Business for a Fair Minimum Wage

Fair pay is the minimum standard in our core principle of taking care of our employees, but it remains an enduring issue in many American lives struggling to make ends meet on minimum wages. We support fair pay nationally through signing on to Business for a Fair Minimum Wage, a national network of businesses who believe fair pay is good business. They speak out against the unlivable federal minimum wage ($7.25) that has stayed stagnant for over a decade, provide research and testimonials from around the U.S. in favor of increased pay, and build awareness around ballot measures and coalitions working to implement higher, livable minimum wages.
